1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of unexpected delays (inventory issues, high order volume, etc.), you will be notified via email/WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotional campaigns or based on cart value (if applicable).

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may carry additional charges based on courier service.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment in real-time using the provided tracking link.

If tracking details are not visible after 48 hours, kindly contact us.

4. Incorrect / Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If the courier returns the package due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Customer not available to receive the parcel

Then, the customer may need to pay re-shipping charges for re-delivery.

5. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the package is not received after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us.

6. Damaged / Tampered Package

If your order arrives with visible damage or tampering:

  • Do not accept the parcel

  • Click photos/video and contact us immediately

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. International Shipping (If applicable)

If international shipping is offered in the future:

  • Delivery timelines and charges will vary based on location.

  • Customs duties and import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

(Currently, Pehnawa mainly offers domestic shipping within India.)
